How to use the self cleaning cycle on my Jenn Air oven?? - jenn air blender

We moved into a rented house with a Jenn Air stove with self-cleaning function. Of course, the manual is not where you are! This is the first self-cleaning ovens, which I had and I'm not sure how to use the feature. Any help would be really grateful.
