I'm diabetic,and am looking for sugar free bran muffin recipes.? - diabetic muffin recipes

I would like to add fruit, especially raspberries and blueberries with a little cinnamon, and oatmeal.

Note that Muffin is still a lot of carbohydrates. Do not use white flour

Here's our recipe:

Get in front Sugarbabes Double Bran Muffins


1 1 / 3 juice cupsprune
1 1 / 2 cups of Fiber One, sounds or unprocessed

2 cupsButtermilk or 2 cups milk 4 tablespoons white vinegar +
1 tbsp oil / 2 cupVegetable

2 eggs (or egg whites for the same amount)
TspVanilla extract 1 tbsp

1 teaspoon cinnamon TbspGround
2 cups flour Whole
1 Bran (cupOat the guy who's cooking)
1 / 2 cupSplenda (granular Splenda for baking)
1 Soda TbspBaking

Optional add-variants
2 cocoa TbspUnsweetened
1 / Ginger 2 tspPowdered
1 / 2 cup sweetened flaked coconut

Warm prune juice in the microwave until hot but not boil in a large Pyrex measuring cup. Add sound and let stand 10 minutes.

Add butter or milk with vinegar, olive oil, eggs and vanilla.

In a large bowl, combine different cinnamon, flour, oats, sugar, Splenda, and baking.

Mix gently and pour into a closed container and refrigerateR for 2 weeks.

Instructions:
Muffins Source: Spray a microwave muffin pan with Pam and measure 1 / 4 cup mixture into each muffin cup. Pull microwave at a height 3 to 5 minutes. Each roll has about 15 EEC (less carbohydrate fibers) or less. Let cool a few minutes before taking off.

To give mini-muffins, cup of 1:8 mass measurements in mini-frying pan and over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Each mini-muffin has approximately 8 net carbs per (EEC - carbohydrates minus fiber).


If you add something, raspberries or blueberries, which have fewer carbohydrates than the other ingredients that add you mentioned.
